Rice/Bean salad

2 cans black beans-drained well.
4 cups brown rice (cook 2 cups brown rice in chicken broth-let cool. Use all in the recipe).
1 red bell pepper cut into tiny pieces
1 yellow bell pepper cut into tiny pieces
1 bunch green onions cut into tiny pieces
1 bunch cilantro cut into tiny pieces
Combine all ingredients.
Dressing:
2/3 cup peanut or canola oil
½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice.
Whisk together, add to salad.
