Created using our most intense, concentrated cabernet lots, this is the first red wine we craft each vintage. 2008 is a beautiful vintage, with great finesse and clarity.

Aroma: Concentrated and spicy, with intense black fruit, and cassis, with touches of vanilla, toast, and dried herbs.

Palate: Powerful, yet approachable and elegant, with currant and blackberry flavors. Offering great presence, with supple tannins leading into a long, graceful finish.

As "special" as "special occasion" can get.
