The Pizza oven is in!

Who doesn't like pizza?

We have a pizza oven and our long awaited food program is weeks from ready.

Before we can get rolling, we need to let the fire burn in the oven for three days to let it cure. Rob is going to Pizza School to learn the finer points of heat and making dough.

The oven will allow us to bake fresh bread and other tasty treats as we move forward. We plan to be making pizzas by the Memorial Day weekend. Make your reservations early!

The 2015 Rose' is Here and Ready for All Your Summer Time Needs

We made Rose' in 2014 for the first time. We liked it so much that we did it again. We purchased the fruit from a friend's Syrah vineyard in northern Sonoma and gave it a whole cluster press. It's crisp and clean; fruity but not at all sweet. Perfect for the summer!

We have a short window for shipping. The weather should cooperate for up to June 1st.
