Robert Sweeney

From the vine to the bottle, the winegrowing and winemaking at Vine Cliff Winery comes under the watchful and caring eye of Rob Sweeney. Rob has been involved in making every vintage and varietal produced under the Vine Cliff label. He assumed vineyard management and winemaking responsibilities at the family winery in 1990, bringing a hands-on style and familiarity with the estate that insure that we always meet our singular mandate - to produce the best possible wine every vintage.

As Proprietor, he has led the winemaking team with a devotion to excellence that has always been the hallmark of Vine Cliff wines.
